Basic Pasta-steamed Buns

Add proper amount of baking powder to the flour to form a dough of moderate hardness. After standing for fermentation, take it out and place it on the panel, add a little edible soda noodles, and knead it for later use.

Pull the kneaded dough into a dough of the same size by hand.

Hold the bottom of the noodles with your left hand, and continue to feed the noodles with your right hand to round the dough.

The kneaded dough is closed at the bottom.

Put the kneaded dough on the panel with the mouth facing down, protect the dough with both hands, and knead it again.

Then pour the rounded dough on the panel and rub it on the dough with your right hand to make the rounded dough into a long cylinder.

Knead all the dough into steamed bun embryos for later use.

Put it in a steamer, steam on high heat until the water boils, change to low heat and steam for 18 minutes.

Turn off the fire and steam for 2 minutes, open the lid and pick out and let cool for consumption.
