Basic Waffles
1.
Stir the flour, baking powder, eggs, sugar, and water evenly (the batter becomes thick and flows smoothly), and the batter is allowed to stand for 10 minutes.
2.
Waffle molds brushed with cooking oil
3.
Spoon into the batter about 8 minutes full, shake the mold to spread the batter evenly
4.
Heat it on a medium-to-small heat, wait until one side is golden and then heat the other side until golden.
Tips:
1. The amount of cold water is not very specific, just add a small amount of it several times, and stir it into a thick milkshake.
2. The amount of sugar can be adjusted according to the sweetness you like.
3. The basic waffle is delicious when eaten directly, it tastes like an egg waffle, but eat it while it is hot, it will be a bit tough when it is cold.
