Bath Doll Birthday Cake
1.
Pour the milk and corn oil into a basin and stir together, be sure to stir until the oil and milk are completely blended
2.
Sift the milk powder, salt and low-gluten flour into a basin, and stir it roughly. It doesn’t matter if there are particles.
3.
Add the egg yolks into the basin twice, and stir evenly with egg yolks
4.
After the batter is made, let's beat the egg whites. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites. I add the sugar in one go. It's best for beginners to add it in three times. Then use the low gear to pass it for 1 minute, then turn to the high speed to pass it to the eighty-nine
5.
Eight distribution status is shown in the figure. Lifting the egg head, it looks like an upright phoenix tail and is delicate and shiny
6.
First take a part of the egg whites into the batter bowl, and mix thoroughly (preheat the oven at 145 degrees)
7.
Then, after stirring, pour it into the remaining meringue basin, and stir thoroughly again with a stirring method.
8.
Pour the mixed cake batter into the mold. The mold needs to be shaken slightly on the table to produce large bubbles
9.
Put it into the middle and lower level of the oven, and bake for 1 hour and 8 minutes at 145°C and 143°C (oven temperature and baking time are for reference only, because after all, the temperature difference of each oven is different.) After the cake is baked, it is out of the oven. Remember to shake it a few times again to release the heat, and then quickly reverse it, wait for the mold cake to cool down completely before demolding
10.
Cut the cake in half crosswise, of course you can also cut it in half
11.
Stir the whipped cream and the right amount of sugar until it is distributed. As shown in the picture, the egg beater is lifted, and it has a short phoenix tail shape, which is very strong. It is not soft or collapsed, which is the most suitable state for making cakes.
12.
First spread the cream on the first layer of cake, sprinkle an appropriate amount of diced mango, and then spread a layer of cream on the mango slightly evenly.
13.
Cover with another slice of cake, then fill the piping bag with cream, cut a mouth in the piping bag, and fill the sides and top of the cake with cream
14.
Use a spatula or a soft spatula to smooth the cake, because this is a bath doll, so the surface does not need to be so flat, because the thread will cover the surface by then.
15.
Then take an appropriate amount of cream and add a little pink pigment, just one drop. A circle should be drawn in the middle of the cake, the size of the circle can fit the doll. Then put the whipped cream into the piping bag, cut a small and very small opening in the piping bag, and then start to pull the thread around the surface of the cake. Should everyone know how to pull the thread? Just squeeze out the cream and stretch it out, just pull it back and forth, as long as it covers the entire surface of the cake. But remember not to pull the string inside the circle drawn in the middle of the cake, because that's where the doll is placed. After the thread is pulled, the doll is placed in the center, and then using the round flower mouth, the small round cream is squeezed out around the doll's body, like foam. The exact amount of squeezing depends on your own aesthetics.
Tips:
Because summer is here, summer is the number one killer of whipped cream, so when you make birthday cakes, it’s best to keep the egg-beating bucket and egg-beater in the refrigerator for a few hours, and then when you make a cake with whipped cream, it’s best to open it. Air-conditioning, because animal cream is really fragile in summer, it will melt easily when the temperature is high, so try to open the air-conditioning to do it.
