Sweet and soft, beautiful
Tips:
1. This recipe can make 20 pumpkin pie, and it’s a pot.
2. After the pumpkin is steamed, water is super released, so according to the water absorption of glutinous rice flour and the dryness and wetness of the pumpkin, the flour type will be increased or decreased according to the situation.
3. When making pumpkin pie, the bottom needs to be moistened with some cooked glutinous rice flour to prevent it from becoming soft after steaming and difficult to take out.
For babies around 4.3 years old who like sweets, give half or one glutinous rice food at a time. Don’t eat too much. It’s hard to digest if it is too much.
