Bayberry and White Fungus Soup

Tremella bubble hair.

The amount of rock sugar.

After boiling the bayberry juice, scoop the bayberry with a slotted spoon (you can add rock sugar and boil it to make bayberry jam).

Wash the white fungus, cut into small flowers, and put in rock sugar.

Cook on medium and low heat until the white fungus is soft and waxy, turn off the heat and let it cool before drinking. Keep it in the refrigerator, sour, sweet and icy, and taste better.
