Tremella and Red Date Soup

1. Prepare 1 white fungus, add some cold water to soak

2. Tear the soaked white fungus into small pieces
3.
3. Put it in the pot and add 1L cold water, 20g red dates, 10g wolfberry, 15g rock sugar
4.
4. Boil on high fire for 1 hour
5.
5. It can be eaten right out of the pan
