Bbq Duck Gizzards (oven Version)

Prepare the ingredients. The amount of ingredients is variable. Because you use a brush to brush up, your personal taste requirements are also different, so pay attention to it when you make it.

Duck gizzards are sliced thinly and cut along the texture for better taste. After cutting, add cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes to remove fishy.

Use bamboo sticks to string together, about 4-5 pieces are appropriate.

The oven does not need to be preheated, put it in the middle layer, and bake the upper and lower pipes at 200 degrees for 5 minutes. I use Baicui PE5040 oven. Please refer to other brands.

After 5 minutes, take out both sides and brush them with salad oil, barbecue sauce and honey, then put them in the oven and bake for 5 minutes. Repeat this step twice.
