Bean Bag

This is dried sweet potatoes. Rinse them with clean water and soak them in clean water overnight;

Put the soaked dried sweet potatoes in a pot, add water to cover the dried sweet potatoes, and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes after boiling;

This is cooked dried sweet potatoes;

After cooling, use a knife to cut into small dices;

Chopped dried sweet potatoes;

Half of dried sweet potatoes and half of red bean paste filling; red bean paste is homemade, specially tuned to be thinner, dried sweet potato will absorb water;

Stir the two fillings evenly;

This is made noodles (knead together flour, yeast, and water, and ferment for an hour and a half in winter)

Take out the dough and knead it until it is very smooth. Divide the dough into 12 parts;

Knead all the divided dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it stand for 5 minutes;

Take a potion, roll it out, and put an appropriate amount of filling; the fillings of bean buns usually put a lot;

Wrap it up in the way of buns;
13.
Put the corn husks on the pad, put the bean buns in the steamer; wake up for 15 minutes; put on the pot with cold water and low heat, then turn to medium heat and steam for about 13 minutes after boiling;
14.
Open the lid immediately after steaming, pick out the bean buns and place them on the lid to let cool.
Tips:
The filling ratio of bean buns can be adjusted by yourself. Dried sweet potatoes are relatively dry and will absorb the moisture in the bean paste. Please refer to my "Bai Mantou" recipe for how to make noodles and knead.
