Tofu skin is a favorite of northerners, as long as there is sauce, any vegetables on the roll are favorite. Today I made enoki mushrooms with enoki mushrooms, and I used the ready-made soy sauce for the sauce.

Ingredients

Bean Curd Roll with Enoki Mushroom

1. Wash the bean curd, enoki mushroom, and shallots and prepare

2. Cut the bean curd into about 15cmx15cm square

3. Boil water in a wok and cook the tofu for 5 minutes

4. Cook well and remove the dry water

5. Cut the shallots into sections as wide as the bean skin

6. Enoki mushroom cooked

7. Soy bean paste on tofu skin

8. Add enoki mushrooms and green onions

9. Just roll it up

Tips:

Boil the enoki mushrooms under water for 2 minutes and immediately remove them and let them cool.
