Bean Paste

Yeast, baking powder, sugar are melted with warm water to knead the noodles! Knead into a dough and wake up (there is a recipe before the specific method of making noodles)

Add white sesame seeds, sugar (for those who don’t like too sweet, don’t add), flax oil and knead into balls (make use of the time to wake up the noodles)

The dough is well proofed, press it with a noodle machine, and spread the shortbread (mixed flax oil and flour together is the shortbread, the ratio of 1:1)

After the pastry is spread, roll it up and pull it into a small jelly (try not to cut it with a knife, the noodles are pinched together by hand)

Grab the noodles and lay them out by hand, (try to open the noodles from both ends of the noodles as much as possible), and pack the bean paste balls to close

Grease the baking tray and put in the red bean paste!

Beat the egg yolks, add a little flax oil (bake it very bright)
