Bean Paste Bread

Put ingredients other than butter and bean paste into the bread machine, and start the bread making program for 3 hours and 40 minutes. After 20 minutes, add butter that has softened at room temperature, and knead the bread machine until it is fully expanded. Continue to ferment in the bread machine according to the procedure.

After about 1 hour and 50 minutes, take out the dough and turn off the bread maker. Roll out the exhaust.

After weighing, it is evenly divided into six parts. The red bean paste is also divided into six portions, 25 grams each.

Take a portion of the dough, pat round it, and add the bean paste filling.

The two ends are connected and pinched to form a ring shape. Brush the baking tray with grease or oil paper, and place the bread dough on the baking tray. The oven is set to a 30-degree fermentation program, and a plate of hot water can be placed to help the fermentation. The bread dough fermented to approximately twice its size.

Brush the surface with egg white before baking. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, and bake the middle layer for about 15-20 minutes. Cover with tin foil after the coloring effect is ideal.
