Bean Paste Bun

Warm water 245 grams, yeast 5 grams, white sugar 10 grams, stir well.

Pour in 500 grams of flour.

Knead into a smooth dough (knead more than 100 times)

Fermentation is twice the size. Knead the dough again (knead a hundred times) to exhaust the steam.

Take part of the dough, knead it into a long strip, and flatten it.

Rub the homemade red bean paste into a long strip and put it in the middle of the dough.

Pinch the upper and lower sides tightly, cut into 2 pieces (because it is very long), and round it slightly.

Cut into pieces evenly, turn over, press round and flatten.

Leave it to ferment twice the size.

Don't want to waste red bean paste, you can make flower ring red bean paste rolls.

Steam on high heat for 15 minutes and simmer for 5 minutes.
