Bean Paste Buns

Put ice water, flour, yeast, and sugar into the bread machine.

Uncover the lid, and mix the dough according to the dough procedure.

Take out the dough on the workbench, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment to double its size.

Cut the fermented dough into small doses of about 60 grams.

Take a small agent and form a round slice with a thickness in the middle and a thin circle around it, and put a large spoonful of bean paste filling on the round slice.

Tighten the mouth at a discount, and put it on a steamed sauce pad with a damp cloth for 20 minutes.

Bring the water to a boil with wide fire and put it on steaming.
