My friend gave me a lot of steamed bean paste, which was just right to make bean paste buns.

Ingredients

Bean Paste Mantou

1. Put yeast in the flour; mix the yogurt; prepare to use the yogurt to mix the dough into a flocculent shape; then knead it into a smooth dough and leave it for fermentation

2. Knead the made dough again to loosen the air; prepare the bean paste; divide the dough into small doses; take a dough, pat it flat, and put in the filling; wrap it into a bun shape and close down to form a steamed bun shape

3. Put it in a steamer for two to heat for 20 minutes; increase the heat and steam for 20 minutes, stop the heat and steam for 3 minutes

Tips:

It tastes better after a second shot.
