Bean Paste Packet

Rinse and soak the red beans for 2 hours, put in an electric pressure cooker, add water until the red beans are just submerged, and adjust the time to 20 minutes to cook the red beans.

Put the oil in the pan to heat up, put the rock sugar in to fry. (Note: the whole process should be small fire)

Put the red beans in, press with a shovel while turning, and press the red beans into puree as much as possible.

Stir-fry until the water is basically absorbed by the red beans. (Note: the whole process should be small fire)

Yeast, sugar, flour, grated carrot.

Melt the yeast and sugar in warm water and pour it into the flour along with the mashed carrots.

Then start to knead, knead into a smooth dough.

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment to 1.5 to 2 times the original size.

Flatten the raised dough, then knead the dough to exhaust air, knead the dough into a long strip after kneading it smoothly.
10.
Cut into evenly sized doses.
11.
Take a potion and roll it into a disc.
12.
Put the fillings in and close the mouth.
13.
Wrap into buns.
14.
Put the raw embryos of buns in a steamer and steam them for 15 minutes.
