Bean Paste Wife Cake

Let's make the part of the water and oil dough first. Put 15g corn oil, 10ml water and 40g flour in a large bowl

After stirring evenly, the pastry is ready to form a dough. (The amount of liquid in the pastry dough and water-oil dough must be added appropriately according to the water absorption of the flour. This is just a reference amount.)

Divide the water and oil dough into 20g pieces, and the shortbread dough into 15g pieces, each with 7 pieces.

Take a water-oil dough and knead it open, put it in the dough, and wrap it up.
