Bean Sauce and Oysters

Grab the oysters with cornstarch and rinse them with water (wash them gently)

Wash the oysters and drain the water in a basket

Prepare a glass bowl, add 2 spoons of fish sauce, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of soy sauce, and then add some cold boiled water, otherwise it will be too salty

Then pour the drained oysters into the sauce to marinate. Generally, you can eat them after three hours of marinating. When you eat, pour some rice vinegar and chili sauce and stir and you can eat it
Tips:
The oysters must be freshly opened to marinate. It is best to pick the one full of cream.
