Top Soup Pea Sprouts

Prepare materials

Cut mushrooms into small pieces, slice ham into thin strips, slice garlic

Put oil in the pan and fry the garlic on low heat

Add mushrooms and ham, stir fry for 2 minutes

Add pea sprouts and stir fry until the sprouts are slightly soft

Prepare the stock (my bowl is relatively large, so it will appear less)
