I got up early this weekend, and the supermarket happened to have fresh vegetables. I collected two boxes of bean sprouts. I came back and found that I forgot to buy preserved eggs. . .

Top Soup Pea Sprouts

1. Prepare materials

2. Cut mushrooms into small pieces, slice ham into thin strips, slice garlic

3. Put oil in the pan and fry the garlic on low heat

4. Add mushrooms and ham, stir fry for 2 minutes

5. Add pea sprouts and stir fry until the sprouts are slightly soft

6. Prepare the stock (my bowl is relatively large, so it will appear less)

7. Pour in the broth (just enough to cover the bean sprouts), bring it to the boil, and add some salt.
