This dish is one of my favorite cold dishes. I often make it when cowpea is on the market in summer. The tender cowpea is accompanied by the mellow taste of sesame sauce. You can eat a large plate without knowing it. "

Beans with Tahini Sauce

1. Choose tender cowpea, wash and cut into sections.

2. Put clear water in the pot, boil, add the cowpea horns to blanch water, and boil it to the right taste according to your preference.

3. After blanching, put it in cold water and pass it over.

4. Tahini is mixed with cold boiled water.

5. Put the prepared sesame paste and seasoning into the beans and stir evenly.
