Bear Cake Roll

1. Beat egg yolks with caster sugar until frothy

2. Add water, oil and stir well

3. Sift in the flour

4. Then stir well

5. Add the egg whites with granulated sugar to make a wet foam

6. Stir the egg yolk paste and the beaten egg whites together and mix evenly

7. Take 25 grams of cake batter and add 3 grams of cocoa powder and stir to form a cocoa batter

8. Squeeze the bear’s nose on the printed silicone mat and let it bake in the oven for one minute

9. Put the original cake paste into the piping bag

10. Squeeze the bear's head into the original cake batter, put it in the oven and bake for 2 minutes

11. Sift 10 grams of cocoa powder into the remaining cake batter and mix evenly
