Bear Multigrain Bread

Put the main ingredients in the bread bucket in order.

Bread machine dough program.

After the bread machine program ends, the dough is taken out and shaped.

After fully exhausting the air, divide the dough into 6 pieces of about 35 grams and 12 pieces of about 15 grams.

Cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15-20 minutes.

Take a 35 g dough.

Roll it round with a rolling stick.

Add the whole grains stuffing.

Pinch your mouth tightly.

Close your mouth down.

Put it in a baking dish and squash it to make a bear's face.

Round 2 pieces of 15g dough and place them on top of 35g dough to make bear ears.

After everything is done, put it in a warm place for secondary fermentation.

Ferment to 2 times the size and take it out.

Cover the center of the dough with the prepared round tin foil.

Brush the liquid egg yolk on the place where the tin foil is not covered.

Put it in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.

Remove the tin foil and draw the bear's eyes and mouth with chocolate sauce.
