Bear Paw Tofu

Cut the pork belly into thin slices.

Cut the tofu into 0.6 cm thick and 4 cm cubes.

Cut green onion diagonally, slice ginger and garlic.

Cut green garlic into sections.

Fry the tofu until golden on both sides in a hot pan and cool on medium to low heat.

Put the oil in a separate pot, add the pork belly with cold oil in the hot pot and stir fry.

Add the green onion, ginger, garlic and saute after the pork belly changes color.

Saute the green onion, ginger and garlic and push to the side, add the bean paste.

Sauté the bean paste until fragrant, add some water, a little light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cooking wine to a boil.

Add the fried tofu, turn to low heat and simmer slowly for 4 to 5 minutes after boiling.

After the tofu is flavored, collect the juice on high heat, add the green garlic segments, and stir-fry a few times to thicken the thick gorgon, and then it will be out.
