Beautiful Yam Belly Slices in Oyster Sauce

1. Preparation materials: cooked pork belly, yam, carrot, black fungus, green pepper;

2. Soak the peeled and sliced yam in water dripped with white vinegar to prevent discoloration; soak the black fungus and rinse, remove the roots, and tear them into small flowers; slice carrots and green peppers for later use; wash the pork belly with boiling water and slice;

3. Put the oil in the wok and heat it up until fragrant. Add the sliced ginger and stir fry;

4. Stir-fry for a while, pour in oyster sauce and stir well;

5. Then add carrots, green peppers and yam and stir fry for 3 minutes;

6. Finally, sprinkle in salt, chicken essence, and sesame oil.

Tips:

1. The yam is easy to change color after peeling, so the cut yam must be soaked in water dripped with white vinegar.

2. If you are not worried about the cooked pork belly you bought, it is best to wash it with water and then scald it with boiling water.
