Stir-fried Eggplant with Bitter Gourd

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the eggplant and cut into pieces with a hob, remove the bitter gourd and cut into thick slices, green and red peppers, onions and slices, shred the ginger, and smash the garlic.

The tempeh in soy sauce is very salty, so there is no need to add salt to the dishes.
