Stir-fried Cauliflower Pork Belly

Prepare cooked pork belly and cauliflower

Cut dried chili into sections, prepare garlic slices and ginger slices

Cut the cauliflower into small flowers and slice the pork belly into thin slices

When the water in the pot is boiled, pour the cauliflower and bring it to a boil

Tips:
1. Blanch the cauliflower first and then stir-fry for a better taste
