Beauty and Beauty Mushroom Soup

Boil the chicken drumsticks in water, and some cooking wine to remove the fishy smell;

Wash crab-flavored mushrooms, white jade mushrooms, and seafood mushrooms;

Wash shiitake mushrooms and Coprinus comatus;
4.
Boil all the mushrooms in water, then rinse them off;

Wash green onion and ginger, cut into sections;

Wash the jujube and soak in cold water for about half an hour;

Wash Cordyceps and soak in cold water for more than 1 hour;

Put the chicken legs, green onion and ginger in a casserole

Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, simmer slowly, wait until the chicken legs are basically simmered, add all other ingredients, continue to simmer until the soup is thick;

Turn off the heat and add salt to taste;
Tips:
1. Add the ingredients as you like.
2. The fragrance of chicken legs and the freshness of mushrooms, no need to add any seasoning except salt, otherwise it will dilute the original flavor of mushrooms.
