Beauty Dish-----tea Tree Mushroom Grilled Chicken Feet
1.
All materials are ready.
2.
Heat oil in a pot, add green onion and ginger until fragrant.
3.
Pour the washed and chopped chicken feet into the pot and stir fry.
4.
Pour proper amount of cooking wine and vinegar (a small amount) into the pot to remove the fishy smell, then stir-fry for 3 minutes, then add light soy sauce and a small amount of water, cover the pot and simmer on medium heat for 20 minutes. Check the stir fry halfway to prevent the chicken feet from sticking to the pan.
5.
When braising the chicken feet, remove the roots of the tea tree mushroom and put it in water to wash.
6.
Wash the green peppers, shred and set aside.
7.
Cut the washed tea tree mushroom into sections and set aside.
8.
Pour the tea tree mushrooms into the pot and stir fry for a while, add oyster sauce, and simmer for another two minutes. (If the water dries up, add a small amount of water).
9.
Pour shredded green pepper and add sugar.
10.
Finally, when the soup is almost dry, pour in the chicken essence, mix well, and add starch to thicken it, then serve it on fire.
Tips:
1. If you like braised sauce, you can also add soy sauce for coloring.
2. No need to put salt, light soy sauce and oyster sauce are already very salty.
