Beef and Baby Vegetables Stewed Vermicelli

Ingredients: braised beef, baby cabbage, sweet potato vermicelli

Beef slices, baby cabbage, cut into silk vertically, cut a few slices of green onion and ginger for later use

Put oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, and dried chili until fragrant

Saute the scallions and ginger, add the chopped baby cabbage and stir fry

Stir-fry until the baby cabbage becomes slightly soft, add 1 large bowl of boiled beef broth, and add appropriate amount of water to level with the ingredients.

Add sweet potato vermicelli and braised beef.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of dark soy sauce and 3 teaspoons of light soy sauce.

Bring to a boil on high fire, change to medium and low heat and cook for a while.

Cook until the vermicelli is transparent and smooth, and the cabbage becomes soft. Add a little salt according to the taste to turn off the heat and serve. (MSG and chicken noodles are put or not put according to their own cooking habits)
Tips:
Stir-fry the cabbage first to make it easier to taste.
