Beef and Egg Fried Rice

The garlic sprouts, cooked beef with sauce, carrots, and ham are processed as shown in the figure

Beat two eggs into the pan and fry until finely chopped

Heat oil in a pot, add ham and carrots and fry until cooked, then add garlic and stir fry a few times. Add a little salt to enhance the taste.

Tips:
1. It is recommended to use Thai rice cooked with fragrant rice, and keep it fresh in the refrigerator overnight. The fried rice tastes dry and distinct.
2. After all the ingredients are in the pot, stir-fry over high heat. It will not take too long until the rice is heated through. It is recommended to only use light soy sauce to make the color better.
3. Both sauce-flavored beef and light soy sauce have a salty taste, so the amount of salt should be reduced or not used
