Beef and Mushroom Pizza

Prepare the pizza accessories, beef, green red pepper, onion and mushrooms.

Mix the yeast and warm water with sugar, put the flour in a basin, and mix with yeast water to form a smooth dough.

Cover the kneaded dough tightly and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Wash the green, red pepper, onion and shiitake mushrooms and cut into shreds.

Also cut beef into shreds, add appropriate amount of pepper, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and starch, marinate for later use.

Put a little oil in the pot, add some salt to the mushrooms and stir-fry the water.

The fried shiitake mushrooms are served.

Add a pinch of salt to the green, red pepper and onion and put it in a pan.

Take out the proofed dough, knead it to flatten the air, and roll it out into thin slices.

Put it in a pizza baking tray and poke some small holes with a fork (I am lazy and don't want to wash the baking tray, so I use disposable tin foil molds).

Add beef again.

Finally, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese (preheat the oven to 200 degrees).

Put the cheese sprinkled raw pizza into the middle and lower layer of the oven, and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes before being out of the oven.

The temperature of the oven is adjusted according to the temperament of the oven.
