Beef and Potato Braised Rice
1.
Wash beef, potatoes, carrots and dice them all
2.
Ginger slices, coriander slices are available
3.
After washing the rice, put it in a cast iron pot and add appropriate amount of water
4.
Heat oil in a wok to 50% heat, add sliced ginger, garlic seeds and coriander root and stir-fry for a fragrant flavor; add diced beef and stir fry together (if you have time, marinate the beef with cornstarch and light soy sauce for 15 minutes)
5.
After the beef has changed color, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir fry evenly
6.
Add diced potatoes and diced carrots and stir-fry evenly, add salt to taste
7.
Pour the fried beef and potatoes into an iron pan, then change to a low heat and simmer slowly
8.
Basically it will be almost cooked after 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another three minutes
9.
After stirring evenly with a wooden spatula, add lettuce and simmer for another minute
10.
Mix well before cooking (I also added a little soy sauce for claypot rice, nothing can be saved, or use oyster sauce instead)
