Beef and Tomato Soup
1.
Prepare all the ingredients, wash the tomatoes, leeks/cilantro, dice and slice separately.
2.
Cut green onions and minced green onions for later use.
3.
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot to heat, pour in the chopped green onion and sauté.
4.
Pour in the diced tomatoes and stir fry to get a lot of soup.
5.
Pour in an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, pour in salt, sugar and pepper, and stir well with a spatula.
6.
Pour the bought beef slices into the pot and boil again (about 1-2 minutes), pour in the sliced leeks/cilantro and cook.
Tips:
1: If you don't want to drink soup, you can add less water when cooking tomatoes.
2: If you don’t like leeks/cilantro, you don’t need to add it, but I think it’s better to drink.
3: Those who don't like sugar can not add sugar.
4: If you like enoki mushrooms, you can add them before cooking beef slices or when cooking tomatoes.
5: If you can't buy beef slices, you can freeze the beef for an hour in the refrigerator, and then take it out and cut it yourself.
