Beef Bone Stewed Radish Soup

The radishes are small in size, but they are very sweet.

Material preparation. I took two tufts of beef bones and a relatively small one, which was boiled in water for the family dog to eat.

This kind of cracked radish is said to crack if it is too sweet, or it will crack if it is covered with snow during the planting process.

Soak the beef bones in cold water for half an hour to soak some blood. Then boil the beef bones and scallions and ginger together. Remember to put two bottles of white wine with caps.

Boil the bleeding foam. Because the beef bones are relatively large, be careful to flip the beef bones during the boiling process.

After boiling the water, wash the beef bones, add ginger, shallots, and a small amount of Chinese pepper.

Tips:
The soup is really delicious, but the beef bones that cannot be stewed need to be iced and take up space in the refrigerator.
