Beef Brisket and Tomato Soup

Peel and wash the onions, green peppers, tomatoes and pleurotus eryngii for use.

Pleurotus eryngii, onions, tomatoes are cut into pieces with a hob.

Wash the sirloin and cut into large pieces.

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, add cinnamon, bay leaves, and ginger slices after the oil is hot and saute.

Pour the sirloin quickly, and fry it to golden brown.

Pour the fried beef brisket into the prepared casserole, leaving the bottom oil in the pan.

Pour the onion chunks into the wok and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in an appropriate amount of water, and simmer for 40 minutes based on the ingredients.

Pour in tomatoes and oyster mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes.

Finally, add refined salt, add green pepper cubes, and cook for 5 minutes.
Tips:
1. The main cause of hot eyes when cutting onions is that the smell of onions enters the nasal cavity and stimulates eyes to cry. Therefore, wearing a mask can prevent hot eyes on onions.
2. The side dishes of this soup can be flexibly increased or decreased according to preference, but tomatoes are a must.
3. The sirloin soup stewed in a casserole is much more delicious than stewed in a pot of other materials.
