Beef Brisket Stewed with Radish

Soak the beef in water for more than three hours to let the blood in it soak out;

After cutting into small pieces, stir in a spoonful of hawthorn powder, stir evenly, and marinate for 20 minutes;

Heat the pot, add appropriate amount of oil, add star anise, cinnamon, Chinese pepper, dried chili, ginger, shallot, garlic and coriander and stir fry;

After stir-fry the aroma, add Pixian Douban and stir-fry together;

Stir-fry the red oil and add the marinated beef cubes and stir-fry together;

Stir-fry for a few times and then add appropriate amount of boiling water and cook for 30 minutes;

Use a spoon to remove most of the residue;

Add white radish and cook together for fifteen minutes;

Add salt and pepper to taste;

This delicious radish stewed sirloin is ready.
