Beef Burrito
1.
Put flour on the silicone mat, add water and salt to knead a smooth dough (the amount of water is adjusted according to the water absorption of the flour), cover the kneaded dough with plastic wrap or cover it with a clean basin and leave it for about half an hour
2.
Wash the beef and cut into 0.5cm thick and 3cm long strips (fresh beef can be frozen in the refrigerator until it is slightly hard and cut out, the size and thickness of the strips will be more uniform)
3.
Add washed and chopped ginger, glutinous rice juice, light soy sauce, white sugar, black pepper powder, corn starch, salt, etc. to the beef, stir and mix evenly
4.
The good dough is divided into 10 small doughs and rounded separately (if time permits, you can cover with plastic wrap and relax for about 15 minutes)
5.
Roll out 10 small doughs into small round cakes, select 5 of them and use a silicone brush to brush a layer of cooking oil on the surface
6.
Then cover the other 5 on the small round cakes with cooking oil
7.
Use a rolling pin to roll the stacked double-layer noodles into a thin pie (roll the pie as thin as possible)
8.
Preheat the electric baking pan, brush with a little cooking oil, put the rolled dough in the electric baking pan, cover and bake
9.
Bake until both sides are slightly yellow and out of the pot
10.
Bake all the remaining cakes according to the above aspects
11.
After the cakes are baked, start to fry the beef, turn on the electric baking pan, pour in the right amount of oil, and after heating, add the beef strips marinated in advance and stir continuously
12.
After the beef is broken, add a little washed and chopped carrots and continue to fry for about 1 minute. Turn off the power and take it out.
13.
Serve the fried beef on a plate, sprinkle with some cooked white sesame seeds
14.
Take a baked flatbread, spread a piece of lettuce that has been washed and drained, and put in an appropriate amount of beef
15.
Fold or roll the pie along the edges at will, wrap the lettuce and beef roll in the middle.
Tips:
1. The dough for this kind of cake must be kneaded softer, the cake tastes good
2. The seasoning of marinated beef is increased or decreased according to the taste of my family. I don’t like cooking wine for meat, so I always use mash instead
3. Roll the cake thinner, the thinner the less
4. The time of pancakes should not be too long, they will become hard after a long time, and they will easily fall apart when rolled.
