Beef Egg Congee

Wash day lily, soak softly for later use.

Add water to the pot. After the water is boiled, add a little salt, add the green beans and cook for about 5 minutes. Remove the dried water and set aside.

Cut the soaked day lily into small pieces, cut the cooked beef into small pieces, cut the green onions into chopped green onions, and beat the eggs.
