Beef Enoki Mushroom

1. Prepare fresh beef cattle;

2. Cut off the roots of Flammulina velutipes and wash;

3. Finely chop onion, garlic, red pepper and green pepper;

4. Raise the pot and heat the oil, fry the peppercorns for a fragrance, remove the peppercorns;

5. Stir-fried beef with green onions and fragrant;
