Beef Fried Okra

The beef is cut and marinated for preparation.

The okra is too cold after flying in water, soak it in water for later use.

Heat the pan with oil, green onion, ginger, shacha sauce, and onion to fry until fragrant, then stir-fry beef.

Beef cattle will stir-fry the cooked okra, adjust the flavor, sprinkle with pepper and sesame oil, stir-fry, and serve.
