Beef Fried Rice

1. Dice the stewed beef.

2. Wash the vegetables, drain, and cut into small cubes.

3. Heat the wok, pour the oil, add the diced vegetables and stir fry.

4. Stir-fry, pour in beef cubes and stir-fry evenly.

5. Add crushed black pepper and stir well.

6. Add the steamed rice and stir fry.

7. Add a little soy sauce and some salt and stir well.

8. Delicious fried rice.

Tips:

Don't stir-fry the diced vegetables for too long. They should be crispy and delicious.
