Beef Fried Rice

Boil the vegetables in boiling water for later use;

Heat oil in the pan, saute the minced garlic in the pan, then add beef ground meat (the beef is best to be salted with oil beforehand) and fry until fragrant;

Add the diced vegetables to the beef and stir well;

Pour in rice and stir fry evenly;
5.
Add salt and soy sauce to taste and stir well, add a little sugar to freshen up, and finally sprinkle in chopped green onion and stir-fry again!
Tips:
Stir-fried rice with soy sauce makes it look better, and stir-fry with soy sauce makes it darker, not good-looking, but more fragrant!
