Beef in Golden Soup

Prepare ingredients.

Turn on a low heat, put a small amount of oil in the pot, when the oil is 40-50% hot, add minced ginger garlic and chopped pickled peppers, and stir-fry for a while.

Add yellow lantern chili sauce and stir fry for a while.

Bring water to a boil.

Add enoki mushrooms and lettuce slices and cook for two minutes.

Set up another pot, cook the beef slices and remove them for use.

First remove the enoki mushroom and lettuce slices and put them on the bottom of the bowl, and then put the beef slices on top of the enoki mushroom and lettuce slices.

Pour the golden soup on the beef slices.

Sprinkle with chopped chives and drip a few drops of vine pepper oil. The store puts fresh rattan pepper, and then uses hot oil to save it at home. A few drops of rattan pepper oil will taste equally good.
