My home has floor heating. The room temperature is now around 28 degrees, which is very warm. It only takes a whole day to dry. When I dry the skin, I cut it into 10 cm long strips and continue to dry.

In about 24 hours, the beef jerky had changed color, darkened, and was semi-dry. That's it, put it in a steamer, steam for 40 minutes after the water is boiled

This is steamed beef jerky, the color is darker, and the surface is oily, so you can leave the steamer to dry the steam. Can be stored in a sealed vacuum for one month
Tips:
You can choose the flavor of your own dried beef jerky. If you like to eat cumin, chili, etc., you can grind the chili, cumin, sesame, etc. into powder, and add and mix well when marinating the beef, so that the steamed beef jerky is good There are different flavors.
When marinating beef, wine must be indispensable, the effect of sterilization and disinfection of wine, after drying and steaming, the taste of wine will disappear.
Do not store the cooked beef jerky in the refrigerator, as the refrigerator is not easy to store when it is wet. It is best to divide it into several small portions and store them in a vacuum seal, so that they can be stored for at least one month.
If you want to eat dry and hard, you can bake it in the oven.
