Beef Meatballs and Choy Sum Soup

Chopped choy sum and green onions for later use.

Cut the tomato into pieces and set aside.

Prepare some sea rice.

Heat oil in a wok and sauté fragrant dried sea rice and green onions.

Put the tomatoes in and fry out the soup.

Add the meatballs, pour some boiling water and simmer for a while.
