Beef Mooncake
1.
Dough: Maltose, blended oil, and soap are mixed evenly to form a paste. Add the flour to the paste to form a slightly soft dough, and put it in a fresh-keeping bag to wake up.
2.
Add fried peanuts and cooked sesame seeds to the sauced beef, mix well, add oyster sauce to taste, and make fillings for later use.
3.
Divide the sauce beef filling into equal parts.
4.
Divide the dough into equal-sized portions.
5.
Wrap the stuffing with the dough, put it into a mold, and press it into a mooncake to make a raw embryo.
6.
Preheat the upper and lower heat of the electric oven at 200 degrees, put in the raw embryo and bake for 5 minutes to finalize the shape. After the shape is finalized, take out the egg liquid (the egg liquid is the egg liquid mixed after removing half of the egg white).
7.
After setting the shape, put the raw embryo into the electric oven, adjust it to 180 degrees, and bake it for 15 minutes.
8.
After the baked moon cakes are allowed to cool, put them in a fresh-keeping bag and soften them to extract the pulp.
9.
Take it out after softening and extracting the pulp for 24 hours.
