Beef Noodles

1. Raw materials

2. Shred beef

3. Shred pepper and onion;

4. Chopped green onions;

5. Boil a pot to make boiled noodles;

6. Pour the oil in a hot pan, and stir-fry the shallots when the oil is hot;

7. Stir fry the green onion and put the beef shreds;

8. All the shredded beef is almost cooked when it is fried;

9. Put the cut three shreds and stir fry;

10. Put in soy sauce, and a small amount of salt if your mouth is heavy;

11. Add a little water, so as not to be too dry, don't add water if it doesn't dry, add some black pepper and stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat;

12. Pass the cooked noodles in cold water, control the water and set aside;

13. Put it in the wok and mix with shredded beef to finish;
