Beef Noodles

Wash the beef.

Prepare the ingredients and put them in the seasoning bag.

Cut the meat into pieces.

Put the green onion, ginger and garlic in the pot and sauté.

Add meat, stir fry, add dark soy sauce to color.

Bring to a boil after adding water, transfer to a casserole, and simmer.

Add seasoning to taste.

Wash the side dishes and blanch them in water.

Put the noodles in the pot, cook, over cool water, and drain.

Tips:
Beef should be simmered for enough time. Adding some green tea and hawthorn will speed up the beef's crispness.
