I stewed beef yesterday and saved a bowl of soup. Today I cooked beef noodles, which is very convenient. Although there is only a bowl of soup, it is fresh enough.

Beef Noodles

1. 300g cut noodles, you can use dried noodles if you don’t have one

2. Boil a pot of water

3. Put the noodles after the water is boiled

4. Cover and cook noodles

5. The water can boil again to turn off the heat

6. Prepare a basin of cold water and put the cooked noodles in to prevent the noodles from clumping together

7. Set aside

8. Prepare a small bowl of beef soup, which is left over from my beef stew yesterday. For beef stew, please refer to my recipe for beef stew.

9. Re-prepare a pot, add beef broth, add appropriate amount of water, and boil

10. Season with salt

11. A section of green onions

12. Chopped green onion

13. Wash and mince coriander

14. Put the noodles when the soup is about to open

15. Add coriander and chopped green onion, and wait until the soup is boiling.

16. The cooked noodles are really fragrant

17. Start on the table.

Tips:

The noodles must be boiled in water first and then boiled in broth, otherwise the soup will be cloudy or even sticky
