Beef Noodles

300g cut noodles, you can use dried noodles if you don’t have one

Boil a pot of water

Put the noodles after the water is boiled
4.
Cover and cook noodles

The water can boil again to turn off the heat

Prepare a basin of cold water and put the cooked noodles in to prevent the noodles from clumping together

Set aside

Prepare a small bowl of beef soup, which is left over from my beef stew yesterday. For beef stew, please refer to my recipe for beef stew.

Re-prepare a pot, add beef broth, add appropriate amount of water, and boil

Season with salt

A section of green onions

Chopped green onion
13.
Wash and mince coriander
14.
Put the noodles when the soup is about to open
15.
Add coriander and chopped green onion, and wait until the soup is boiling.

The cooked noodles are really fragrant
17.
Start on the table.
Tips:
The noodles must be boiled in water first and then boiled in broth, otherwise the soup will be cloudy or even sticky
