Tips:
1. Add 1 to 2 slices of hawthorn to the braised beef, which not only cooks quickly, but also removes the peculiar smell, which is a very good trick.
2. It is best to soak the vermicelli before putting it in the pot, so that it is more hygienic and the cooking time will be much shorter.
