Beef Noodles in Tomato Soup
1.
Prepare all the ingredients, wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces, wash the mushrooms and broccoli and cut into pieces.
2.
Add a bowl of water to a boil in the electric frying pan, add the beef rolls and blanch until the color changes, remove and set aside.
3.
Pour out the water in the electric frying pan, spray a small amount of oil, and fry an egg. Seeing that the surface of the egg white is solidified, it is almost like a sweet egg. If you like it, you can fry it on both sides.
4.
No need to wash the pot, spray a small amount of oil directly into the pot, and stir-fry the diced tomatoes until they become soft and juicy.
5.
Add the side dishes and stir fry for a while, add a large bowl of water and bring to a boil.
6.
Add the instant noodles, cook until they are nine mature, add beef rolls, tomato sauce, and vegetable wraps and cook for one minute.

Add the right amount of salt before out of the pan, put the fried eggs in the pan, and eat directly in the pan!
